Education:

David Allsebrook received his Bachelor of Business Administration (with Honours) from Bishop's University in Sherbrooke, Quebec (1978).

He then studied at McGill University in Montreal, Quebec, where he received his Master of Business Administration (1980); his Bachelor of Laws (1983) and his Bachelor of Civil Law (1984). While at McGill, he received the Scarlet Key award for student leadership and was a Senator and Fellow of the University (1982-3). He also acquired a working knowledge of French.
