Gregory Ludlow, the principal of LUDLOWLAW, has more than 30 years of experience in the field of intellectual property law. Since 1996, the Law Society of Upper Canada has regularly certified Mr. Ludlow as a Specialist in Intellectual Property (Trade-Mark & Copyright) Law.

He practices as an advocate in patent, trademark, copyright and trade secret litigation, as well as related commercial litigation, before the Federal Court of Canada and Superior Court of Justice for Ontario, and in trademark oppositions. He has counseled clients on effective anti-counterfeiting programs. He also successfully counsels clients in respect of the availability and enforcement of intellectual property rights, as well as advising and negotiating in respect of transfers of technology, licensing, character merchandising, and computer software.
