Gregory Ludlow, the principal of LUDLOWLAW has 27 years of experience both as a barrister & solicitor and as a registered trademark agent, encompassing the full range of legal services in the field of intellectual property law. Previously, for 13 years he was one of the founding partners of an Intellectual Property boutique law firm. Since 1996, the Law Society of Upper Canada has regularly certified Mr. Ludlow as a Specialist in Intellectual Property (Trade-Mark & Copyright) Law.

He practices as an advocate in patent, trademark, copyright and trade secret litigation, as well as related commercial litigation, before the Federal Court of Canada and Superior Court of Justice for Ontario, and in trademark oppositions. He has counseled clients on effective anti-counterfeiting programs and successfully led major anti-counterfeiting campaigns. His practice as a solicitor embraces successfully counseling clients in respect of the availability and enforcement of intellectual property rights, as well as advising and negotiating in respect of transfers of technology, licensing, character merchandising, and computer software.
